I visited this place after I sprained my knee last year. Janelle helped and taught me exercises centered on strengthening it. Although my orthopedist recommended several visits, I thought I could benefit from more therapy. So I was thankful when this practice was able to clear additional appointments with my insurance. The exercises were important but they are meaningless if you don't continue them at home. Thanks for seeing me through my healing and educating me on how to take care of my aging knee!
