After a back injury and being told I needed surgery, I went to Alliance hand &physical therapy in Mahwah, NJ and met Jennelle who was very personable n knew her stuff! Within the 6 weeks I went, I was back on my feet n doing much better! She's tough but wasn't overly tough. She's encouraged me to continue my exercises at home,(which I do while hearing her voice telling me to "tuck ur core!) And I continue to regain all my strength back to where I began! I highly recommend the Mahwah Alliance n make sure to talk to Jennelle!
I was going back and forth about whether to leave a review or not… but yesterday was the last straw and I felt people should be warned. I have been disappointed and surprised by the lack of professionalism from the entire staff. I got my ACL surgery 4 weeks ago, and have been to this practice about 6 times now. The physical therapy I received at Alliance was excellent. The staff was courteous and kind and my therapist always took the time to treat me individually. He took his time and listened to my complaints and did everything he could to assist me on my recovery. I would recommend alliance to anyone. 5 stars
Very accommodating regarding appointments and greeted kindly by the front desk staff Nikki... Josh and his Student Kayla are extremely knowledgeable and have awesome personalities in which it makes going to physical therapy a hell of alot easier...it's explained to you in a way you can understand what they're doing and why and ALWAYS concerned about pain level. They are the best.....had therapy there after 3 back surgeries and 1 elbow surgery....excellent service and they always made me feel welcome
