Yearly renewal process and insurance for a newly purchased car went smoothly.
Everyone at Alliance is knowledgeable, thorough and friendly. I have been working with Bob Coyle for over 40 years and would highly recommend him. Diane Gent has also been great to work with. She promptly responds to any questions I have had and gives me input that may give me options I had not entertained previously.

I had a significant increase in my auto insurance premium and I called Mattea to express my concerns. She looked into other insurance companies and found my current company had the best rate. She suggested the defensive driving online course which would reduce my premium to the previous rate. I completed the course (which was surprisingly interesting and informative) and I received the lower premium as promised.
