They didn't watch my son closely as I requested, they constantly have been suspending him letting him and small children go to the bathroom unattended. It's been terrible I'm considering the boys and girls club. Alliance do not do any activities when I pick him up it looks as I'd they were just sitting and the kids doing whatever. I wouldn't recommend

I was an employee here. The only great part about this job was making relationships with fantastic kids. Everything else was terrible. Some of my coworkers stole from a child, I reported it to management, and the board said it “wasn’t a big enough deal to fire them over.” It was actually because we were so short-staffed and one of the people that I reported was in charge of the school we were at. Work for this organization for about 7 years is a great place for kids .. to work here was a different behind the scenes. I was offered multiple times promotions. Went above and beyond for the organization . Coming to the end of my time i was treated very poorly and no respect for all the years i put in. I’m very disappointing how it all ended I wish the best for the organization and the staff. This place will always have a place in my heart.
