The group fitness classes are great for all ability levels. It’s great to have a place to work out where you know the instructors are well educated and care about your fitness goals and safety.
Prior to joining AFC, I belonged to the same gym for 20 years, so I was worried if I would be able to find another gym that would be a good fit for me. All it took was one class to feel like it was the right place for me, because everyone - staff, personal trainers, & instructors - is friendly and supportive. A big shout-out to the group X trainers: Alexa, Elyse, Irene, Jen, & Jess - they are amazing!
I just joined alliance this year and I already feel right at home! I’ll be here for many many years to come! Great classes and wonderful homey atmosphere!
As a “newby” to weight and strength training, I cannot say enough about how I experience the detailed care and instruction I have received at Alliance. My trainer has exceeded my expectations in care and has carefully adjusted my program to evolving physical needs. I see the same care and concern expressed and given to other customers. I frequently refer others to @Alliance Fitness Center for the level of care I have witnessed and experienced.
