We hired Summit to perform regular fire inspection services at a high rise building - the tech over-pressurized the fire sprinkler lines and it blew flooding multiple units and common areas. Summit refused to take any responsibility - then tried to bill us for the service. The damage was over 60K.
Office staff is the worst alarm systems company. Techs are good but office sucks
