My business used Summit Fire Protection for years to handle our annual fire inspections, fire alarm servicing, and back flow inspections. Once the business was sold to a large entity the communication and service has become intolerable. Ive been dealing with Trevor who has been stringing me along for a week now. Everyday has told me I would be put on his calendar and then never responds or calls me when he says he is going to. Then forwards all my calls to VM. The install was great which is why I’m doing two stars but the follow up and customer service is horribly bad. Trevor knew this was a time sensitive issue and caused me a job because instead of finding another company he kept telling me he would come out.
