31Mar25 - Admin. just played on phone and was not good at communication on the phone or in person. Optometrist felt like he rushed me in and out with no changes I felt like he didn’t even measure anything. Didn’t address anything my old optometrist did before I moved here. Will not be going back. 31Mar26 - received a text that it is time to rebook if I have insurance. No thank you. I’ll find someone that takes pride in their work.
Highly recommend this place. My mom and I went there and I appreciate the staff there, they were really accommodating and friendly. Specially jasmin and katrixia they we're very helpful will go back again for our annual examination.

Used to be a good place but now is the worst place for eye exam. No professional and no patient. Charged me from both my insurance and heath card. Do not go there anymore.
Beware with the customer representative, she tends to charge for the service you don't even use. I wouldn't notice if it had not happen to the lady prior to me. They ask me for the extra service, my wife and I said no, but we still got charged for that. Came back and asked them, instead of trying to deduct the surcharge, the csr asked if we have other insurance to cover for that??? Took like 10-15 mins to get the refund. The doctor is good though, but just be careful with csr.
