I have gone to Dr. France for many years and highly recommend!
Used to be a good place but now is the worst place for eye exam. No professional and no patient. Charged me from both my insurance and heath card. Do not go there anymore.
Beware with the customer representative, she tends to charge for the service you don't even use. I wouldn't notice if it had not happen to the lady prior to me. They ask me for the extra service, my wife and I said no, but we still got charged for that. Came back and asked them, instead of trying to deduct the surcharge, the csr asked if we have other insurance to cover for that??? Took like 10-15 mins to get the refund. The doctor is good though, but just be careful with csr.
Not satisfied with the eye exam at my recent visit at Costco Regina. I would never recommend anyone going there. Service is not good at all.
!!!! CONSUMER ALERT !!!!!! After notifying them I would be buying my glasses somewhere else. I was given an incorrect prescription that made the $400 glasses purchased elsewhere useless. Somehow my eye axis mysteriously went from 35 to 135. In the right eye. No comment from them after the accusations.
