Crew missed a whole bottom section of roof that myself and the salesman agreed on. When it came time to pay-up the sales mgr assured me they would make it right. Knowing better I signed the papers and have not heard anything back since. Been over 6 mos. All they cared about was getting the sale. Word of advice. Don’t pay them until you are 100% satisfied or you will never see them again.
Had a new metal roof installed, they did a good job!! Love the improvement on our home!
We just had a new metal roof and gutters installed by Alliance. They also removed 3 skylights for us. The installation was done quickly, and the finished product looks great. Any issues or concerns that came up along the way were addressed and dealt with in a timely fashion.
Great company from the bottom up! From the free inspection and non pushy reps, we got a quote and inspection done. Saw the product, saw the price…BOOM now I am “Partners for Life” Thank you for the communication throughout the process!
