As part of a furnace upgrade project, Alliance was contracted to remove the old asbestos wrapped ductwork in my house. We could not be happier with the service we received. The crew arrived on time, performed a thorough walkthrough of the job, and promptly got the work done. Horrible experience with Alliance!!!!!! Our home of 34 years in Atascadero, California caught fire on July 2, 2024 (see segment which aired on KSBY news). Due to the presence of asbestos, we were advised by our insurance company that we had to hire Alliance to remove any items that were contaminated. We met with Michael Alper from Alliance who assured us that only textile items would be disposed of. Alyssa Burke and her team removed mold in two spots from my house yesterday. The cuts in my drywall were so clean. The remediation process was so smooth. 10/10 recommend!
My experience with the whole staff was efficient affable and professional. From start to finish Alliance proved there name with quality service, exceptional staff, and better then punctual EARLY. The manager, Alyssa, came to personally oversea the project and talk us through the whole process.
