Great job after our building flooded. The big freeze broke pipes in the attic and big flood on all 3 floors had water damage to some extent. Very good!!

Had a good experience. Mold assessment & abatement for a partial attic area on a small ranch house. Suggested more elaborate remediation methods - all accurate - but did not attempt any further upsell when we declined. Ended up the most reasonable cost of the estimates we received. Showed up quickly, good communication, etc.

Alliance Environmental Group came in and inspected my attic, it needed to remove old insulation, add new insulation, fix a bathroom vent, and finish up the mold remedy that another company, NW Mold Removal didnt complete. NW Mold-Pete’s tech recently came out to the attic and only did Part of the job, and then sent me another quote to Finish up the job after I paid him. NW Mold pretty shady. I initially contacted this company because I had a small amount of mold behind my toilet in my master bedroom, likely caused by condensation, and I wanted to make sure that it wasn’t anything serious. When I called they took my email down and said they would email me for availability. It took quite some time for them to get back to me. I'm giving one star because I really hope they understand how poorly they handled our situation. We had them scheduled to come out to do inspections on all 30 units and they didn't show up until 9am, then they took 6 hours and inspected 8 units attics. After they left I reached out to reschedule for the rest of the units inspections and they couldn't come back out for a week and a half, so we told the homeowners and some people stayed home from work to let them in, some people left their doors unlocked to allow them entrance... read more
