These guys were contracted through the company replacing our furnace (A Plus) to do some asbestos cleanup at my home. The work was performed to my satisfaction, except that we had paint damage to our hallway from some tape that was removed. The foreman specifically told me that this was not incidental damage and would be repaired by one of their painters; after several phone calls I was informed that said foreman denied telling me this and that "these things happen all the time."
