The receptionist was nice. The incoming person was nice. Mallory had terrible patient/PA manners. When I made my appt I said I wanted it with a doctor. She said, I'm a PA and I'm running the clinic today. She appeared to be talking down to me. She was very blunt and unfriendly. I rescheduled my appt from last week till this week because I was taking antibiotics still. I asked to reschedule with a doctor and suddenly they don't have an appt for over a month. I saw the PA, Mallorie Bergstrom, for chronic sinus issues. She listen to all of my concerns and answered all of my questions. She ordered a scan to try to find the underlying issues instead of just throwing more antibiotics at me. She was kind and empathetic. The front office staff and medical assistants were also kind and helpful. I would definitely recommend them!

Got the times wrong and missed the first appt. Lady at desk was rude. Rescheduled. Went to the 2nd appt. At check in, I had my member number for ins, but the lady said since I didn’t have insurance card I would have to reschedule. She just seemed annoyed with no care with how she stated things. I asked them what they needed, and she said P.O. Box and such. So I got info and gave it and they let me be seen. The next lady to come, asked what I came in for.
