Stephanie Drew and her MA Jessica were amazing. Great customer service and Stephanie was very knowledgeable. I also got allergy test done by Cece all in one visit, which was scheduled. Very accommodating 10/10

Incredibly terrible customer service. They confirmed an appointment with my 84 year old mother weeks ago, we got there today and they said we were late, the appointment was for noon our records and the confirmation call said it was 12:15. We got there at 12:05 and the receptionist guy didn't tell us anything until 12;20 that's when he told us we were late and couldn't be seen. There was NO ONE in the waiting room, NO ONE. Horrible customer service! The staff has no idea what they are talking about. We received a bill for services that should have been paid through the surgical center. When we called, they told us to disregard the bill. 3 months later we receive a 2nd bill for these same services now stating that the bill is 90 days overdue. They need to hire staff that actually knows what they are talking about instead of giving people the run around.
