Horrible customer service! The staff has no idea what they are talking about. We received a bill for services that should have been paid through the surgical center. When we called, they told us to disregard the bill. 3 months later we receive a 2nd bill for these same services now stating that the bill is 90 days overdue. They need to hire staff that actually knows what they are talking about instead of giving people the run around.
I had a completely blocked ear and thought I had an ear infection. I saw Stephanie the NP and she was amazing. One of the nicest, gentle and patient doctors I’ve ever seen. It was painful for me to get my ear cleared and she made sure I was okay throughout the process. Would 100% come back to see her specifically if I have any more ear issues.Additionally it was easy to get appointment here without being referred. Insurance also covered my visit.
It was day before appointment and hadn’t gotten a call or confirmation email and when I called the day before to confirm my appointment they had completely booked it for the wrong day and wrong doctor. Then the lady receptionist was rude the whole time while I was trying to navigate a new appointment with the correct doctor. Ended up just cancelling since she was so rude and unhelpful. Definitely agree with the other Google reviews that they are rude.
