Working with Alliance for a shred job was super easy and we were very pleased. They called the day before to confirm and I appreciated that. Traci was the representative that came and she was extremely friendly and accommodating. She went over and beyond what our expectations were and was very engaging and helpful. The fees turned out to be much less than we expected, making if very affordable to consider a return trip in the future.

We didn't have a lot of shredding to do but we were treated as if we were their best customer. I made an initial phone call to get information and a follow-up phone call to make an appointment for someone to come to our location. Both people I spoke with were friendly and professional. The driver was efficient and friendly. We will definitely be doing business with Alliance Document Shredding again.
