Excellent staff and very nice and friendly very highly recommend alliance dermatology
Whoever I saw (was it even a Dr?) never introduced herself forgot to check a problem (I had two) promised to prescribe medication for the first she did address and then never called it in to the pharmacy. Worthiness visit!
My kids appointments kept getting rescheduled on the day of appointment due to staff issues. I would take day off work just to take them to doctor and they could not even be seen
I wrote a bad review during my first interaction with this facility. But the doctor is amazing, therefore will receive 5 stars. Every medical office is not perfect, stess happens within every facility and mistakes are made. But endure the suck for the doctors care, they are worth it. Im sure the staff try also the best they can.
I was late to this appointment because I could not find the facility, so they rescheduled my appointment due to the 15-minute late policy; the manager told me im the only patient EVER who had difficulties finding the facility and it is my fault, then told me I was not timely. I asked to feel validated for my frustration with not finding the facility, but the manager said I was the only person EVER with this issue and I should have been more timely and 15-minutes early.
