I was late to this appointment because I could not find the facility, so they rescheduled my appointment due to the 15-minute late policy; the manager told me im the only patient EVER who had difficulties finding the facility and it is my fault, then told me I was not timely. I asked to feel validated for my frustration with not finding the facility, but the manager said I was the only person EVER with this issue and I should have been more timely and 15-minutes early. I called yesterday afternoon in complete distress. I was scheduled for today, the next day, for an urgent appointment by a lady with compassion and patience. I came in for my appointment today and everyone from the reception to the doctor were beyond kind, patient and assured me I was in the best of hands. I cannot express my gratitude and appreciation for this whole staff and the professionalism I had the pleasure to experience. If you’re an African American PLEASE DO NOT go here. I had an appointment with Rebecca and she was not concerning or trying to get to the bottom of my issue. They never called in my prescription, i called office about them sending it in and i kept getting the run around and still to this day haven’t received a call back or prescription still haven’t been sent in. I felt very uncomfortable in this establishment.

They were quick to get me in, Super nice. I had an appointment for random skin flare up. I issued concern about Topical corticosteroids dependence(I've been using them on and off for 20 years) at the start of the appointment and did not want to continue to use them. They're answer was to cycle it and wrote me a giant tub of topical corticosteroids. I was seen and not heard.
