The front-of-house staff are professional, friendly and accommodating to fit appointments around work. Dr Sheldon has been reassuring and clear throughout treatment, taking care to ensure I am comfortable every step and to check if there have been problems since last treatments (there haven't); his assistants have also been alert to my comfort and dignity, quick to respond to his instructions and helped keep me at ease.
Very friendly at reception and in the treatment room. Dental work - and care - explained in full and in understandable fashion. I’ve been to a dental practice in several towns in several parts of the country and this one is the best.
Recommended by friends, when I couldn’t get an NHS dentist. A well run practice and the staff are friendly and helpful. Top notch treatment, and tolerant of nervous patients like me. I am very satisfied with my treatment though rather sad at the gulf between private and NHS provision.
