We had such a fantastic experience with Terri and Tim. We didn't know what we wanted and they were so patient and explained all of our options. They answered every question as if we were the most important customer they had. They brought in a slab of granite for us to look at and it was exactly what we had been searching for. I would heartily recommend Alliance for any countertop needs. Terri Kinter was extremely helpful and patient. From deciding between granite or quartz and even soapstone. We have a busy tile backsplash so even choosing the quartz was a long process for me. She was always friendly and helpful. Tim Kinter was also very helpful in working with my husband regarding the installation so he could prepare by talking out the old Formica countertops and how the new counters would meet up with the existing backsplash. Four stars because the craftsmanship was perfect but the customer service could use some work. The counter is beautiful. But it took 5 months, and they never called us back. We’re pretty understanding people, we just wish there was better communication during the process.
