I wouldn’t recommend this therapy place. I missed some appointments which I can understand is fustrating because then that throws them off but the attitude given by the employees is unacceptable. I can admit I was wrong and should’ve been more on top of my appointments to reschedule. Furthermore, I was always polite despite being talked down upon. I don't plan on rebooking therapy here with E. Pallodino. i was very upset after my last session because the therapist was very unattentive. She came out late to get me, dumped her plate of food in the trash next to me and went for a bathroom break. Then while I'm talking she is eating and using her phone a bunch of times, like I lost track how many times she checked her phone.
