У мене сьогодні загубили моє водійське посвідчення при реєстрації на тест!!! Хлопчина який мене реєстрував на тест, взяв його і не повернув його. ні після реєстрації, ні після закінчення тесту!!! Сказавши, що він його віддав мені, і нічого не знає!!! Я його попросив хай подивиться на камери, але він сказав, що камери не працюють в офісі!!! І нічим не може допомогти мені... Дуже не гарне та байдуже відношення до людей, та своїх прямих робочих обов'язків...
I am little disappointed, after paying the fee and getting approved by financial Aid and everything was ready to start I got removed from the class because my high-school diploma is a online school which it makes no sense beacuse they offered online class also .. But the staff there are really nice and respectful over the phone
If you’re taking a pearsonVUE exam don’t schedule it here, their systems are down for pearsonVUE exams specifically and you will basically just get ready to take your exam and show up just for them to tell you that you have to reschedule because their systems simply do not work and the only employee there says that they don’t even know when the systems will be fixed. Schedule your exam at another testing center if possible, also people are coming in and out which takes away from the experience and the studio next door leaves... read more
Feb,2025 I called a day before just to confirm the place exsisted. They picked up probably the third time i called, but the lady was nice. Today I noticed it's because she's the only one there managing the whole place. I went there today at for my 9am test on the 12th floor. They opened the doors early 8:35am. The woman was efficient, quick, and very kind. The computers aren't old and mine has perfectly fine internet connection. They had headphones for audio use (test purposes but not for my test).
