I had a very frustrating experience with Alliance Computing Solutions. Their policy clearly states that cancellations can be made up to 12 hours before an appointment, so I attempted to cancel well within that timeframe. However, the system would not allow cancellation online. I called multiple times before the deadline and received no answer, and I also left a voicemail and sent an email before the cutoff.
