I would put 0 star but that’s not an option. After being with this company for over 7+yrs as a client , I can definitely say they don’t care how loyal the client it or how loyal their in home disability support workers are, we are just a number, we are not treated like human beings. This company only creates a Toxic environment for both clients and staff, willing to refuse in home support to clients in urgent need of care but happy to take their funding .
