Defiantly recommend if your looking for work. Worked for the company for 2 years 7 months but unfortunately had to leave Australia due to my student visa running out. Would have stayed if I could. Very supportive coordinator team and lovely clients to work with.

My family have found Alliance Community to be an amazingly supportive company like having a second family. They go above and beyond to meet my sons care needs in an understanding personal care approach and have always been flexible even at short notice when unexpected circumstances arise. The care support staff do an incredible job at what they do and we are highly appreciative of all the support they provide to my family.
I have found the SA team to be holistic & person centred in their approach. Well trained & experienced staff who care.
Terrible if I were you I would find another place
