They have been ignoring and delaying our policy refund for 2.5 months. despite our attempts to get a exact date of refund for 2 months they send same email, refund within 5 business days. we now have no options but to lodge a complain with authorities in Australia for external review of the matter since they alliance care team is deliberately neglecting to refund us.
