I am very disappointed with the way this agency treats its workers, especially Personal Care Assistants (PCAs). The pay is extremely low compared to other agencies, which is unfair considering the hard work we do. It’s clear that the agency is profiting from its workers while charging high tax and not passing on a fair wage. In addition, the shifts are often located very far from where we live, and the allocations team does not inform us of the shifts in advance. They have been ignoring and delaying our policy refund for 2.5 months. despite our attempts to get a exact date of refund for 2 months they send same email, refund within 5 business days. we now have no options but to lodge a complain with authorities in Australia for external review of the matter since they alliance care team is deliberately neglecting to refund us.
