Absolutely useless organisation. The staff member couldn't remember what was told, had to be repeatedly reminded. Soooo slow in action. I'm surprised it's in business. Disgusted with them
Cannot guarantee qualifications of their support workers. 'Alliance Community' conduct invasive home inspections in order to be approved for support. People with or without disability should not be made to feel uncomfortable in their own home. 'AC' have far more interest in insuring their workers and themselves than the clients. Not recommended.
