Very unprofessional experience. I received a voicemail from someone identifying herself as Alicia (or Asha) with Alliance Consumer Solutions, demanding a return call without even confirming she had reached the correct person. She hadn't. When I called back before the end of the business day, I was unable to reach her and only received a recording. Getting a call from a collections agency is never fun, BUT Asha made this experience as pleasant as possible. My phone hadn’t been working so I kept missing calls, but she finally got ahold of me and I was able to pay everything off the same day with no late fees or anything! She was so respectful, kind, caring, and she took her time explaining my options and payment plans so that I never felt pressured or put on the spot. Blade, Blake, whatever his name is rude. The very first thing he said when I answered the phone is “Hi, I thought this was {The name of my job}, and he said he didn’t know he was calling me. He told me about a health bill that’s in collection. I ask him about the details, because I have health insurance, and I’m going to call them to see what’s going on with this bill.
