I have been making regular payments for over two years. last friday the payment did not come out so monday morning I called them only to have them accuse me of being a bad payer and refuse to set up another payment arrangement with me and threaten me with garnishment because they didn't take the payment. all they had to do was call me with an unblocked number so I know its them but I received no such courtesy. unbelievable. a day and a half before christmas. you should be ashamed of yourselves!!!!!
