The service was completely unacceptable. We were charged over $700 (6 hours for cleanings/2 for carpets) and did NOT get our money's worth. We have a two-story house and the first quote we received was 2-4 hours plus a flat rate for carpets. After the President of the company, according to his card, who was onsite for cleaning, saw the house at 9am, he quoted 5 hours to finish everything (2pm). At 2pm then, he said, 1 more hour. Our work is guaranteed for up to 48 hours as stated on your invoice/receipt. When the job was finally completed at 5 pm. The author of this complaint, the husband, walked around and inspected all the rooms in the house. He told me everything looks great. I apologized to him for not finishing at the promised time. He then called his wife who hired us but was not at the property for approval to pay for the service.
