Friendly staff WHEN YOU FINALLY GET A CHANCE TO SPEAK TO ANYONE! would be a great place if they answered phones. They are helpful and kind but it's been almost a month and still haven't started a session.

I never even had the opportunity to meet with any therapists, so my complaint is specific to their enrollment or new patient process. It took several weeks for anyone to return my calls or answer emails about where they were in the process of getting my child set up for counseling services. After three weeks, someone called and confirmed that they were having trouble verifying my insurance. That was frustrating considering they could have explained that much sooner than three weeks. All of my family got set up with individual counseling. After 2-3 months of us were told our counselors were no longer working there suddenly. One family member had to re-establish with 3 different counselors. Tons of turnover, billing issues, and no shows for counselors. Do not recommend. It’s too bad because it is in-network and so convenient.
