Good affordable store
Their plano location is basically the mismanaged step child. There is zero management in site. No receptionist or call intake. The coaches are all young and left to run the gym while coaching athletes. Turnover of both coaches and athletes is high due to poor ownership / management. Communication is non existent, late at best and leaves a lot to be desired. Do NOT recommended.
I can’t say enough about this cheer gym! My daughter has excelled tremendously as an athlete and as a person! The coaches and owner are amazing people! We have been with alliance for 4 years now!
My daughter has been taking private lessons with Coach Lexi for three months. She is careful, safe, makes sure my daughter has all the skills she needs before moving on, and above all incredibly sweet! Although it is a little further from our house than another coach, my daughter requested to continue with Lexi and she feels very comfortable with Lexi. All the other teachers we’ve interacted with are positive and sweet as well. Recommend!
