DO NOT BANK HERE, READ THE REVIEWS These guys are shady, they aren't descriptive about the charges so you're left confused. They put you in the negatives then hit you a $33 overdraft fee. They tried to hit me with FIVE overdraft fees in ONE day. With no explanation of why my account even went into the negative in the first place. RUN FROM THIS PLACE
Worst place to keep life savings. The branch in detroit often closes early The customer service is terrible the workers are always on they're phones. The chat bot doesn't understand simple reply to the questions it asks. The phone lines are often down. They charge unheard of fees and I could go on. Take your money and run from this place.
Rude and unprofessional staff at location in Detroit, on W. Vernor Hwy. The individual who opened my account was rude and kept walking away to go chat with his coworkers at the teller side. When I asked him why, he said very rudely and said it was a busy day yet he was gossiping about tacos with them since desk was right next to teller side.

I too along with 2 friends had a bad experience with an individual who opened my account. Was not branch manager. It was customer appreciation day and the immature arrogant rude guy who opened my account was too busy chatting with the tellers.
