I went through Alliance after leaving the Army. It was an absolutely fantastic experience! I would absolutely recommend to any young officer from any component of the military if you need help finding that next step. Many in the military think they do not have any translate-able skills to civilian life and that couldn't be further from the truth. Alliance helps bring that to fruition.
