Greatest fake customer service ever!! Since I got there they didn’t want to open the door. But they opened it for another man as soon as he got there. The vibe when I get there was very much giving they only serve a specific demographic of people. I am a latino white complected man. I knew something was off by the way they we’re being fake nice to me. They literally put my gender, name, address all wrong, which delayed me getting the results. I had that best experience in a while visiting the center with Mr. Eric Cabbler and previously Ms. Lexi who would help. It was so informative and interesting to speak to a like minded health care individual even with me just coming in for a check up I appreciate how helpful he was with just a few questions. I have been a patient here since 2016 back when they were named BHC/ Brothers Health and they have not changed and still have the same welcoming front desk/ reception atmosphere. Lexi is truly the best!!! Thank you so much for a great experience. Made me feel comfortable and relaxed. Very knowledgeable and informative about the origination overall. If you can ask for her personally, tell her Milan sent you!
Lexi by far one of the most professional, funniest, and KINDEST people I’ve ever met. She helped me relax when drawing blood and was insightful. She listened which is something you don’t always find in clinics most people are there just to give you the business and that’s all there is to it. No comfort or anything like that. Not with Lexi though. She has a sense of humor that I personally would need if I was receiving bad news. So definitely highest remarks possible for Lexi !!!
The staff were very friendly. Lexi in particular was very helpful and knowledgeable in helping me understand what was going on. She even offered me a flesh tone band-aid to match my darker skin tone. This experience went above and beyond what I am used to. If you are looking for a place for discreet testing with helpful staff. I recommend this place of business. #5stars
