Greatest fake customer service ever!! Since I got there they didn’t want to open the door. But they opened it for another man as soon as he got there. The vibe when I get there was very much giving they only serve a specific demographic of people. I am a latino white complected man. I had that best experience in a while visiting the center with Mr. Eric Cabbler and previously Ms. Lexi who would help. It was so informative and interesting to speak to a like minded health care individual even with me just coming in for a check up I appreciate how helpful he was with just a few questions. I have been a patient here since 2016 back when they were named BHC/ Brothers Health and they have not changed and still have the same welcoming front desk/ reception atmosphere. Came here for the first and last time. Went to get tested on September 21, 2024 and was told my results will be ready in 5 days. I finally got my results on October 11th after calling and being put on hold for 15 minutes. Absolutely egregious.
Lexi is truly the best!!! Thank you so much for a great experience. Made me feel comfortable and relaxed. Very knowledgeable and informative about the origination overall. If you can ask for her personally, tell her Milan sent you!
it's offensive when you have to be screened more than once about a traumatic experience in My life . I hope they can improve this process.
