Disappointed to say the least. 1- We saw a doctor, but the doctor never saw the actual scan of the patient. They never recieved the disc, but never called me to tell me they didn't have all of the records. Therefore, all suggestions were taken from the written records. This was highly unhelpful as the tumors were in places that the doctor needed to see to make his recommendation. 2- They then lost the disc! Alliance Cancer Center has been excellent!
I am writing on behalf of a family member. After waiting for an appointment and a long drive up there we left very disappointed. My family member felt very discouraged when we were leaving and that was heartbreaking to see. We also felt rushed like the provider couldn't wait to get out of the room. No physical exam was done by the provider. No future care was scheduled. We wanted to go over blood work test results completely and that didn't happen.
