I called to make an appointment with a hematologist because I am very anemic. They informed me that they needed a referral from my doctor first. I promptly had my doctor send over the referral. When I called again, they said they would call me back to schedule the appointment. A week passed with no contact. I called back, and again they said they would call me back that afternoon. All staff at Alliance from the receptionists to the nurses to the Oncologists, never fail to look out for me and my well being and do a great job treating me and addressing my concerns. If there is any complaint at all, it's that sometimes the office becomes very busy and wait times can sometimes get long.

I had to make another appointment because I was waiting in the waiting room for 50 minutes. I had another appointment. This is unacceptable. In the other practice I went to before here my blood was drawn as soon as I came in so when I was taken to see the doctor no time was wasted waiting for my bloodwork. This is unacceptable. There are really no emergencies expected in this practice. It’s clearly the doctor being over booked!
