My appointment was with Dr. Jacobs...routine 6 month follow-up that was just in time. I had involved back surgery on 9 Jan and unknown to me i was discharged with low iron. Over a 4 week period I became exhausted. Blood work revealed serious iron deficiency so I was scheduled for an iron infusion the following week. And yes within a few days I felt so much better. The doctor I see is Dr Jacobs. He is very caring and attentive. He listens to my concerns and always says the correct thing to put me at ease. Dr Jacobs is proactive with my treatment and prescribes the tests I need to effectively treat my illness. He is a wonderful doctor.
