Great providers but I had to stop coming here because of the billing department. My claims kept getting processed incorrectly and they tried to bill me the full price of the visit. I tried to ask the billing department for help but they kept blowing me off and telling me it was my job to get it fixed. They told me “that is a contract between you and your insurance”??? Um no, YOU have a contract with my insurance that you are not honoring.
I was nervous as this was my first appointment. Corrine put me at ease. She was easy to talk with and I feel that she cares and will help my mental health progress.
