I find it strange that they take so long to show a transfer when it should be less than a 24-48 hr period. Whenever I transfer from my local bank to WA it takes them up to a week or longer to show it...yet my local bank will tell me they have had the $$ for 2 days!??! Do they hold your $$ for a few days without paying you interest? Seems that way to me. I want to open a new acct but I am reluctant.
Use the online banking if you want complete frustration, as the ability to move your money is nearly impossible without very slow processing and inadequate procedures for the tech-times we live in.
I’ve had a good experience so far. Good rates but I haven’t needed to talk to a person so I’m not sure what that part is like, there online banking is convenient to use.
