Western Alliance Bank is very unprofessional, sending emails at 9:30pm, and not concerned with the downtown Phoenix businesses who give life. I do not recommend Western Alliance Bank. They are only concerned with themselves. They are egotistical. They do not care about the residents of downtown Phoenix. I can say this in full confidence after speaking with their head staff. I am disappointed with the way they treat people. It’s very sad.

For a bank who claims to have nine times the national interest rate, they play with your interest rate more than anyone else I've ever seen. It has been reduced at least 10 times in the past year. They also take about 2 weeks for deposits or withdrawals. Go with Goldman instead!
