My debit card hasn't worked right since BSB took over our bank and switched out our cards. When i call to ask about it, they blame to retailer and not their card even though all my other cards work fine at all the retail locations. Its a bad look for this bank when they come in and take over your bank, then refuse to take responsibility for issues with their product. 32 years of banking with my old bank and I never had a single problem. Bennington bought our old Bank and now I have nothing but problems. My debit card gets declined at stores. The chip reader doesn't work. Swiping the card doesn't work half the time. Do you know how stupid I feel having my card declined when there is plenty of money in my account!?! I normally deal with Flint hills Bank of Eskridge, which was recently purchased by Bennington. I live in Topeka but make the drive to Eskridge weekly... For convenience, I decided to stop in here and grab some money. I was the only customer in the building and it seemed like it took forever to get this done. I think I could have driven all the way to Eskridge in the time it took to get money out of my own checking account. The people that work there are respectful and nice and they are really good at there job and I really appreciate it that they are nice
