Great! I have banked with them for over 30 years in Sulphur Springs and now they are right down the street. Suzi and all the others are great!
Always a good experience at Alliance. I had a double charge, with a hotel, while traveling, and Alliance got it straightened out.

The fraud department is a mess. Let them know there was an issue with several fraudulent charges. They were pending. Card was canceled and a new one was issued. It was never mentioned that if and when the charges went through I would need to dispute them in order to get my money back. When I reached out to get clarification on why the charges were still there I was told I was outside of the 60 day window to dispute it. USAA has taken much better care of me versus Alliance; I would never recommend Alliance. I feel like things... read more
