I've banked with other banks but none come close to being loyal and helping with any problem you have .they don't charge you for every little thing .I will always bank with allianiance..and so should you all.
I am writing to express my dissatisfaction with the customer service I received from LINDSEY CUMMINS at your bank. Over the course of two months, I experienced significant delays and poor communication. Ms. Cummins often took up to two days to respond to my emails and frequently avoided my calls. The fraud department is a mess. Let them know there was an issue with several fraudulent charges. They were pending. Card was canceled and a new one was issued. It was never mentioned that if and when the charges went through I would need to dispute them in order to get my money back. When I reached out to get clarification on why the charges were still there I was told I was outside of the 60 day window to dispute it. USAA has taken much better care of me versus Alliance; I would never recommend Alliance. I feel like things... read more
I've been banking with them for a little over 2 years and I must say it has been a great experience. All the employees go out of their way to help you, so glad I made the switch ; )
Love my “hometown bank”. They know me! I walk in and they take of all my banking needs. Not like those big banks. Can call each bank and talk to real people!!! Love that. And again they know me! That in itself is a great feeling!
