I had to get an inspection done for my car for insurance purposes. The website where I found them gave inaccurate information as far as the time that they were open. Despite my late arrival and the fact that it was pouring outside, they did the inspection. Thank you!
He did not help me personally but he helped out my mom. She called her Toyota dealership for a repair of the CV joint and a boot. They told her 687.00$. More that half of that was going to be labor about 350 and they said it would take 4 hours to do the repair. She took it to Alliance Auto it took them 30 minutes and only cost her 170.00$. Nice to know there are still honest people in this world. I will be taking my car to this place form now on. And i will refer all my friends and family.
After talking with over 25 different auto shops in Tampa and being disappointed in some way or the other I found Alliance, where Greg was remarkable with his exceptional level of service backed with his experience. He did the job for me within 10 minutes while educating and informing me if the cause of the problem. The staff was exceptionally nice and professional, and I will always recommend coming here!
