I’ve used Alliance auto glass several times for my company service vans. They always do solid work and the prices seem fair.
I’ve used Alliance auto glass several times for my company service vans. They always do solid work and the prices seem fair.
They took 3 months to install glass that was never installed. After a 2 month wait for OEM glass to be ordered, I was ok with that. Once it arrived at the shop and scheduled, the day of installation, it was cancelled because the OEM glass "wasn't good". I was ok with that, too. But...there wasn't any further contact after that. Needless to say, I gave them another month to get new glass but they never called. I then called Exceptional Auto Glass and got the OEM job done in less than a week, AND it was just my deductible, whe... read more
