As a woman who finds the whole auto shop process a bit intimidating, Alliance could not have been any better to work with. 10/10! Loved working with this company !!!!! Getting into an accident is so stressful and time consuming but with alliance auto body getting my car fixed was a piece of cake . They met with my timeline and budget . They are easy to communicate with and the staff is so friendly . Hopefully I don’t get into another accident but if I do i know alliance auto body is there to help .
I originally almost took my car to another shop but had a really bad experience, so I brought it here for body work after an accident. The difference was night and day. The staff was helpful, honest, and kept me in the loop throughout each process. Everything was handled in a timely manner, and the work was done quicker than expected.
