I can't say enough good things about Alliance Auto Body! After a valet parking service hit my car, I was stuck dealing with a terrible insurance company. Luckily, Michael stepped in and made the whole process so much easier—he helped me handle the claim and made sure I got the check without all the hassle. The boss Mike is very rude and sneaky. The price is very high.
Very slow process after I signed the document to decide to fix my car in this body shop. Once you sign the doc with them, You can not change body shop.
I am thankful for the staff at Alliance Auto body, especially Jermaine. He took care of my vehicle and was able to get things done quickly even when those evil car insurance adjusters try to bring me down. My car came out of their shop looking like a dime, fresh out the dealer lot. These guys should be awarded MVP by the BBB for their outstanding service for the neighborhood of Pasadena. I don’t think I could go anywhere else for future business after my experience with them. Thank you.
