I hit the jackpot. I haven’t shopped for an auto shop in years, and got very lucky. Great customer service, & diligent on the spot checking, that the Camry part needed was available same day. Quick, beautiful installation, Enterprise rental free customer pick up and drop off arranged by the shop, and even washing my car all within 48 hours of bringing in my car was icing on the cake. From the moment I walked in, I felt like I was in good hands. Instead of settling for the repair shop my insurance company pushed on me, I took a chance on this place—and it was 100% the right call. They handled the entire process, kept me updated without me having to chase them down, and even arranged a rental car so I wasn’t left stranded. The service was fast, friendly, and professional.
This place truly exceeded my expectations. When my insurance tried steering me toward one of their standard repair shops, I decided to look elsewhere—and I’m so glad I did. The team here made the process completely hassle-free. I handed over my car and claim number, and they took care of the rest—including arranging a rental car for me. It was smooth, stress-free, and handled with care. Hopefully I won’t need bodywork again anytime soon, but if I do, I know exactly where I’m going.
Love these guys! My insurance company tried to take me to one of their “recommended” shops (where you feel like just a number) but I decided to find one myself and I’m glad I did. These guys handled everything for me all I had to do was drop off my car and provide a claim number. They even set up the rental car on my behalf! If I ever need to be back, which I hope not, I’m running here not walking.
