The manager Jermaine was such a huge help to me in a serious situation that needed quick thinking and an efficient resolution. Above and beyond is an understatement. Thank you to Jermaine and all the guys in the shop. You're quite literally lifesavers!

My Tesla Model 3 was involved in a parking lot hit-and-run with left fender damage. I also have a PPF wrap on my car. I did a bunch of research for nearby repair shops. Luckily, I found Alliance. Jermaine helped me from vehicle drop-off to pick-up and kept me up to date on the insurance approvals and repair status. He was responsive to my text and emails. Excellent work they hooked it up with original parts from the dealer. They also made sure to always update me on how the process was going and they made sure the parts were perfectly fine before installing even if it means returning the part and ordering again.
