Absolutely, the kennels and holding areas were some of the cleanest I have ever seen Did this provider seem well-trained and experienced? Absolutely Do you feel confident that this provider will work with you until a solution is reached? Definitely

Did you experience unnecessary pain during your visit? Not one bit! I felt much better when I left! Did this provider have reasonable prices? Absolutely! Does this provider always put the customer first? Absolutely! They have some of the best customer service I have ever seen Are you confident that this provider will continue working with you until a solution is reached? Yes, I know I can count on them to find a solution Were the staff members able to answer your questions? Yes, they were able to answer my questions

Did a staff member acknowledge or greet you when you entered? Yes, I was greeted when I walked in Did you spend a lot of time in the waiting room at this provider's office? No, my appointment started at the scheduled time Does this provider treat their staff well? Yes, they treat their staff with respect Was this provider's office clean? Yes everything was neat and sterile Did this provider's staff seem to respect him/her? Definitely! They staff spoke very highly of him/her

Did this provider answer all of your questions? Every question I had was answered thoroughly Was this provider's staff friendly? Yes, they went above and beyond Did you leave the office feeling satisfied with your visit? Completely!

Were the examining rooms clean and free of odor? Yes Did this veterinarian fully explain your pet's condition? Absolutely, I knew exactly what my pet had and what treatment options were available. Does this provider always put the customer first? Absolutely! They have some of the best customer service I have ever seen Does this provider give unbiased advice? Absolutely! I always get sound, helpful, and completely unbiased advice!

Does this provider remember you and your circumstances at every appointment? Definitely! They always remember me and make me feel important! Was this provider argumentative or easily angered? No, they were very calm and understanding Did this provider ever take personal phone calls while in the appointment room with you? He/she would never do that! Their full attention is always on me.
