This company really fought hard for my family. I am pleased with the outcome, and would highly recommend Alliance to anyone who has damage to their home. They do what they say, and are always available to talk about the claim. I must have emailed my adjuster 100 times, and always got a prompt response from him. The office staff is awesome, as well. Fantastic group of professionals.

We just finished living through a horrible experience of a huge water leak. My house was trashed and I was lost as to what to do. After a friend recommended that I call Alliance Adjustment. I immediately felt better with their help. They helped me deal with my insurance company and I am so happy I used them.

My Wife & I hired this company based on a referral from someone who had used them about 6 years ago. What a mistake! My wife is expecting and we expressly communicated that timeliness & promptness was vital to getting our home repaired before our child was born. The communication from their representative was poor, and they didn't even have good interdepartmental communications. I would receive documents from them that were inaccurate or mis-informed and they wouldn't even be up to date on what was happening with our claim. ... read more

We have recently dealt with Alliance on our homeowners claim and could not be happier. We found our adjuster to be extremely helpful and knowledgeable and easy to get in touch with. Better yet, we have found that the full time staff to be a huge help. Not many adjusters in the area employ people other than the actual adjuster that handles your claim, and Alliance does. They were also able to get us a very fair settlement with our claim.

This is a highly corrupt, lying, manipulative company who uses high pressure, say anything tactics to get your business, charges an above-average industry percentage, and then does not come through with what they promise. If you do go with them, get everything in writing. Once they get your business they do not communicate with you, and unlike industry standard, do not let you see your claim before they submit it to the insurance company.
