Ever since Dr. Regan returned, she has consistently shown dedication to her patients, taking the time to create individualized care plans for each person she sees. Despite the challenges of adjusting to a heavier patient load and getting to know new patients, she always does her best to accommodate everyone’s health needs. I was surprised to see negative reviews, as in my experience, Dr. Regan has been an excellent provider who truly cares for her patients
I was skeptical about this doctor based on the only 4 reviews she had and they were all negative. I've gone through enough, gaslighting, discrimination, and borderline malpractice. But I was still open minded. I have complex gastrointestinal problems that I've already spoke to my gastro doctor about, since the hospital visit. These problems along with all my medical illnesses have mentally taken a toll on me. It has been. Close to a year I can't get hold to my doctor any time wanted to talk to her she is not available and she will not call back my appointment keeps canceled without any notice right now I don't know what to do I am stressing about it and the office is not saying anything to me please what is going on
Dr. Reagan has a serious long term issue. Of course, bay state chooses not to let anyone know that she hasn't been in the office for more than a year. This is totally bay states fault. They have other docs and PAs cover for her which results in last minute changes in appointments, last minute responses and lots of administrative mistakes. Doctor has poor communication skills. Very hard to get a hold of as well as staff in office. Doctor does not show that she cares genuinely for the patience care. Worst experience ever.
