Always a great workout in Alli’s spin class with fun music. Highly recommended if you’re looking for an up beat cardio exercise experience.
Alli’s spin fusion and 50/50 classes are so much fun!! A great way to get in a good workout! She is always so helpful in ensuring you are doing movements correctly. Love having her classes and studio right in town!!
Alli is an amazing fitness instructor. I’ve been doing her workouts for 4 years now and hope she never stops teaching! She makes spin classes fun, but you also feel the burn! For the strength portion of classes, she’s consistently mixing it up so you don’t feel like you’re doing the same things all the time. I always feel like I got the best workout in. I looked at the map of my house and saw that there was a trainer close by and clicked on it. Ever since I've been prompted over and over to leave a review. I'm sure she is a fantastic trainer, though I'll probably never meet her. Her home, which I exercise walking quickly past, is always in perfect condition. I bet that illustrates a very organized and effective person. If SHTF, always knows you and your family have a family close by that will stand with you. Now hopefully Google will stop prompting me to review you. 😁
