This place is a scam. I lost 2600 dollars here. Stay away
TOTAL SCAM!! Owner Austin Jacobs looks like a legit Real Estate broker, and does have a permit on this name and company, but do nót trust them. They asked for payslips which was all fine. Tour at apartment was not possible because 'vacation rental/air bnb'. Got a rental agreement sent and signed this. Payed for the apt 2500+1000 deposit. Few days later they tell me a different person had offered 3 months in advance instead of my one month. I could get the apt if I payed another month.
