All around heart place to work and the care they give is amazing
I have been trying to get in contact with someone over a care coordinator and I keep getting the run around. I would like for someone to reach out to me about this care coordinator because she called into my job and completely was unprofessional while I was trying to help her. You should know that your CCs are yelling, cursing, talking about how bad their employment is with your company.
Little Rock Office - Nurse Interview It is incredibly unprofessional and rude (your office manager RN knows this she has plenty of experience as a nurse) to tell an interview candidate that they will hear back by a specific day and time, and then blow them off with zero communication. Especially when after blowing them off they reach out professionally and you blatantly ignore them. Shameful practice. You won’t thrive OR grow with that attitude.
By far the worst home health company in Arkansas. The staff in the office is very rude and always have an attitude. They say one thing and do the complete opposite. All they do is lie…. Don’t communicate with clients or caregivers. Please don’t let your caregiver be off cause they will not send a fill in even tho they say they will but they never do. 0/10 do not recommend!!!! If you love your family do not use this company better off putting them in a nursing home and every one know how they work.
