UPDATE: The nurse I had conflict with took accountability and we have continued to work together successfully. My experience with this agency was horrible. The nurse that came to the house struggled with complex medication management. He was disrespectful. Moses, the Director, was even less helpful in resolving the problem. My experience with this agency was horrible. The nurse that came to the house struggled with complex medication management. He was disrespectful. Moses, the Director, was even less helpful in resolving the problem. If you are overwhelmed and looking for help, they not only do not help, they create a bigger problem and do not take accountability for the way that they treat their patients because they are not used to dealing with patients that are mentally competent and proactive in self-advocacy.
The nurses are very helpful and make you feel comfortable the whole process was great
