I highly recommend Allheal Health & Hospice. We have been using Allheal for over one year for my mother and Hospice for the last two weeks. Our aide Elsy and nurse Nayibis have been a steady, loving and caring support for my mother and helped make my mom’s life more comfortable. I trusted them completely with my mom’s care. UPDATE: The nurse I had conflict with took accountability and we have continued to work together successfully. My experience with this agency was horrible. The nurse that came to the house struggled with complex medication management. He was disrespectful. Moses, the Director, was even less helpful in resolving the problem. My experience with this agency was horrible. The nurse that came to the house struggled with complex medication management. He was disrespectful. Moses, the Director, was even less helpful in resolving the problem. If you are overwhelmed and looking for help, they not only do not help, they create a bigger problem and do not take accountability for the way that they treat their patients because they are not used to dealing with patients that are mentally competent and proactive in self-advocacy.
