Just moved to the area and I am guessing they only pick up what's in the bin? I guess I'm used to full service trash that will pick up anything I put to the road. Now I'm not sure what to do with my boxes.
Terrible customer service. I had autopay set up. They didn't notify me that autopay stopped working. Then sent me a bill with with a five dollar late fee (which is the only way I found out that autopay stopped working). Called to re-establish autopay, and they refused to waive the late fee.
Was very satisfied until today! Trash wasn't picked up last week. Ok, things happen. Outside when driver came by today, waved me over. "We don't pick up those cans." Lived here for 7 years and never had an issue. Why now? Guess new driver, and was told not to pick them up. Now told need to get an Allgreen can, and the old one will be thrown away. Why? No wonder yall are 3.1!!! I live in Evans county off highway 250 and our trash was not picked up on labor day. I didn't call in because i figured they didn't run on the 4th. No pickup the next day so I called and was told thay ran a full crew and if my can was not out the night before it is called missed, i have never heard of this new rule and always take it to the road before daylight on the day of. My trash is supposed to be picked up on Fridays. Monday has come and passed and it is still sitting on the curb full. What am i supposed to do with my garbage.
