Adriano in the boot section was incredibly helpful and patient helping us find our first ever pair of Blundstones! He checked for multiple different sizes, provided recommendations for styles, and was overall a delight to work with. We ended up leaving with more pairs than we'd originally thought we wanted and were more than happy to do so! No salesman tactic or upselling, just genuine help as we realized the quality of the brands. Would highly recommend him for boot / shoe selection!
The products are great, and most of the staff are friendly and welcoming. However, one female staff served me and made me feel very uncomfortable. She used an extremely forceful tone to tell me to try on the clothes. About a year ago, I had a similar experience at this store when another female staff spoke to me in a commanding tone when I was going to try on a pair of shoes.
